help Mike get back on his feet!

Hey guys!
Many of you know Michael, and if you know Michael you know how awesome he is. Michael is known for being adventureous, caring, hard working, funny and having an optimistic outlook. Michael is currently living in Foley, Alabama this spring & summer with family while he works & saves up money to move back to Colorado. In the fall & winter time, Michael lives in Colorado working as a snowboard instructor and waiter. Just this past week, Michael fell ill for 3 days and last night it was just too unbearable not to go to the hospital. He fought our urging him to go to the ER because he is uninsured and was afraid of an insurmountable medical bill. We were finally able to convince him that this could be life threatening and money issues could be worked out....there is no price on life. After 1 blood test, 1 urine test and 1 Cat Scan, what he thought was a stomach bug turned out to be appendicitis. He is going in for an appendectomy today. The bills that will come in after this will definitely be a burden on him as will the time he will need off from work to recover. Michael is an incredible person with such a zest for life.
