Gurdwara & Yoga at the Ashram Kitchen Renovation

Thank you all for your donations.   We have moved to Donorbox for the second stage of our fundraiser at:

Dear Guru Ram Das Ashram & Gurdwara Community,

Sat Nam. May you be well and filled with the vitality of your spirit. We have some great news to share with you. Thanks to your prayers, intentions, and donations, we are starting to remodel our Guru Ram Das Gurdwara and Ashram community langar kitchen this month. It will take about 6 weeks, and once completed will be a certified commercial kitchen.

This transformation will allow us to start serving the community at large with food programs to help those in need. We are all looking forward to this opportunity to fulfill the dreams that started a few years ago to create this kitchen to serve our community. This project has manifested with the help of so many people, and to all of you, we say thank you.

In order to move into phase 2 of the planned kitchen area remodel, which will be adding an entire wing with expanded bathrooms and seating space, we still need your help. Also, our food distribution efforts will need your assistance as we ramp up. We will start slowly but eventually we want to consistently deliver food and meals to various segments of the community at least once a week. Any contributions you can  make WILL BE greatly appreciated.

Please consider transferring appreciated shares of stock or mutual funds directly to this fund. Please consult your tax advisor to find out whether you may be entitled to a charitable income tax deduction for their full current market value, without paying capital gains tax on the appreciation.
Please donate today.

With deepest gratitude,
