Please help a friend in need

My friends call me Guppy.  I started having medical problems in the fall of 2002.  I have an infection called MRSA, an antibiotic resistant infection.  Multiple daily visits for 3 year was required to administer powerful antibiotics to control the spread of the infection in my body.  Since this treatment I have developed other health issues such as infection induced diabetes.  Starting in 2010 I have had several TIA (mini-strokes).  Later in 2010 I had a major stroke and am now blind in my right eye.  In 2013 I had a major heart attack and currently my heart is only working at 20% of what I need it to be.   I now have two implanted medical devices: a Saint Judes Medicat and a Pacemaker/Defibrillator.  I am waiting to receive an artificial heart as I am not a candidate to a normal heart transplant do to expected rejection.  I have also had several surgeries to combat infection as my condition is not improved through agressive anti-biotic treatments.  Any support you can give would be greatly appreciated.  The medical bills are overwhelming and I am in need of others to assist me in current and future medical costs.
