The Jeff Gulachek family truly cherishes faith, family, and love. They are members of St. Charles Borromeo Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Prior to Monday, February, 12, 2018, Jeff ran his family business, Move Pro. He provided quality moving to families in the greater Fort Wayne area. Sue, his wife of 29 years, worked at a local CPA firm. The couples two oldest daughters, Nicole and Raina, attended college at IPFW and Ball State; and their youngest daughter, Alex, is in the 8th grade at St. Charles.
On Monday, February 12, 2018 their world changed when Sue found Jeff on their kitchen floor. He had suffered a stroke and could not move his left side. After surgery to remove a clot in Jeff's brain, Jeff remained in ICU for four days.
Jeff is now working very hard in a residential rehabilitation facility. He attends occupational, physcial, and speech therapies everyday. Sue attends therapy sessions with Jeff to not only provide support; but also to learn his long-term needs so that she can provide them in the future. Sue is also trying hard to maintain the family household without any money coming in. Nicole, Raina, and Alex are trying to focus on their studies, but they also see the stress on their family and it is beginning to weigh on them too.

If there ever was a family in need, this is it. This family is down due to no fault of their own. They are a kind, supportive, and loving family, who has taken a hard hit. Although Jeff and Sue's family and friends are stepping in to find resources to help with the mortgage and utility payments, there is a long way to go to help with everyday expenses and the mounting medical bills.
