Guitar Club for Elementary School Students

OUR GOAL is to create a program providing guitar lessons, instruments, and equipment for under privileged elementary school children.

Your donation enables us to purchase guitars, picks, bags, lesson books, and straps to provide guitar lessons, for children whose families cannot afford it.  When you donate, you will be able to know in your heart that you helped a child feel and experience the magic you or someone you know might have felt when they picked up an instrument and learned to play.  Music can make all the difference in a struggling child’s life.

I am blessed to have grown up playing guitar because my parents had the financial resources to buy me a guitar, my picks, a nice bag, lesson books, and pay for lessons.  Most of the children at the elementary school where I teach will not get the opportunity I did because the cost of personal lessons, a guitar, and supplies are expensive. Their families simply cannot afford it. I think about how learning to play a guitar was life changing for me, and my heart truly breaks for these children to experience the same.
