Guardianship Fund for Avianna Rose

My beloved daughter, Rachael Ann Lewis, died unexpectedly at 27 years old on January 26, 2023. She sadly leaves behind most dearly her beautiful precious three-year-old daughter, Avianna Rose Lapenna. Because Rachael did not have any estate planning documents, I am in the process of acquiring guardianship for my granddaughter, Avianna. Avianna came to me with only the clothes on her back.
