Rough patch

Hi everyone in November i went to hospital with a bad headache,  after three days in hospital i found out i have kidney failure,  im letter carrier for the postal service, my condition causes swelling in my legs and feet, which means i can't work fulltime , why im writing to u cause im in a financial crisis,  i just bought a new truck 6 months ago, and im about to loose it to bank , i cant afford all my bills cause when i was working full time i was working 50+ hours a week , im no where near that now, i eventually will need a kidney transplant a+ is my blood  type and i running out of leave at work any help will do thank for your time
