GRS surgery before dying of cancer

The surgeon who will work with me even though I have cancer, doesn't accept Medicare and self pay is about $25,000 
My Bone Marrow cancer (LCDD) is going to ruin my kidneys before long and my literal dying wish is to complete my transition
