Veteran Treatment for Traumatic Brain Injury

My name is Juan Quintanilla, I am a medically retired Veteran of  the US Army. Recently was given the opportunity to partake in a 4 day program for Veterans who may have an undiagnosed Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) sponsored by the Marcus Institute for Brain Health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Due to the findings of my assessments I was invited back for 3 week  Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).  In order accept this invitation I would have to take 3 weeks off from work without pay. I am asking for assistance to be able to cover the financial responsibility I will otherwise not be able to cover. Thank you in advance for your donations.
