Grow the JOY

JOY Academy started in 2016. We are a private, nonprofit, faith-based school that strives to connect students with the world. We know that kids are AMAZING and learning and getting smarter can be FUN. We focus on the students: NOT on testing, NOT on grades. Our students actually enjoy coming to school! This is a quote from a parent who was letting us know they would be going out of town and would miss a day of school. "Gracie begged to go to school...that's never happened in my household before!"
We want to expand and provide more rooms and more teachers for more students coming to JOY Academy. Because we are a private, nonprofit, faith-based school we don't qualify for the types of funding that support public and charter school. The money needs to come from people like us who care about kids being excited, engaged learners.
