On Monday August 21, 2017 Noble Grinner made his peaceful transition. Noble was the beloved father of Tracey Phang and Terri Grinner (grandfather of Malaysia Phang). Services will be held in Las Vegas on September 2, 2017 - 11am at the Palm Mortuary Downtown Las Vegas.
