<div>making a difference! SilverAssist CEO, Greg Mason, and Oasis Senior Advisors

<div>Midwest VP, John Holcomb, are teaming up to cycle 100 miles at the Elk River Valley
</div>
<div>Gran Fondo this August. This event is held in middle Tennessee, about 75 miles
</div>
<div>southeast of Nashville, and we need your help to make it count.
</div>

<div>This duo is raising money for Pedal for Alzheimer’s, a wonderful 501(c)(3) nonprofit
</div>
<div>charitable platform committed to organizing cycling events to spread awareness and
</div>
<div>raise funds for Alzheimer’s research, education, support and care. Every dollar brings
</div>
<div>us closer to a world where this disease is better understood, managed, and eventually
</div>
<div>conquered.

<div><strong>But, this isn’t your typical ride</strong>…it’s a race. Holcomb vs. Mason. Mano-a-mano.

<div>Ohio State vs. Michigan. Guy in the casual tee vs guy in the race gear. Who will cross

<div>the finish line first? Only time will tell, but one thing’s for sure—this race is all in good
</div>
<div>fun, and every pedal stroke is for a meaningful cause.
