Greer Fire Relief Fund

While at our mother’s hospice bedside my sister received a text from a neighbor that her house was on fire. She not only lost our mother that night but also their family home and beloved dog Mojo!
Her oldest son Zachary was asleep in the home when the fire started her youngest son Jacob arrived to the home just in time to rush in and wake his older brother and save his life as well as their other dog Tyson. However while trying to save Mojo from under his bed, Zachary became too overwhelmed by smoke and could no longer escape through his bedroom door after his brother, he had to make the impossible choice to jump out of his bedroom window to save his own life while leaving Mojo behind.
The devastation is insurmountable and completely beyond words!
My sister is not one to ask for help, she’s the one always willing to help those in need reaching out and going out of her way to help others, even taking them into her own home on many occasions.
I’m hoping to offer some kind of a relief for the incredible loss that they have all suffered as they attempt to rebuild and recover from all they’ve been through.
