Support Little Red Wagon Playschool During covid19

Covid19 has rained indiscriminate havoc on our economic system, jeopardizing the future of countless small businesses, including our beloved Little Red Wagon playschool. While numerous other sectors (food service, hospitality, etc.) are suffering equally, the closures of childcare facilities represent an existential threat to our communities. Affordable, quality childcare serves as a foundational prerequisite for not only the long-term development of our collective children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews (the future of our country), but also serves as a basic necessity for single and dual-income families to sustain their standard of living. A short-term disruption in the supply side of quality childcare offerings like Little Red Wagon would have direct ramifications on the cost of services (less providers will drive already expensive care higher), and will undermine the longer-term economic opportunities and productivity of our workforce, which will disproportionately impact women. In order to sustain quality care in our community we need your help! Little Red Wagon has gone above and beyond both before and during this pandemic to bring learning, joy, and stability into countless children’s lives. So whether you are a parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, or community member concerned about the lack of daycares in the future, we implore you to consider giving to the LRW covid19 fund.
