Great River Stars Ultimate

The Great River Stars ultimate team receives no funding from the school for new equipment which includes cones, discs, jerseys, and more. This year, in an effort to get new jerseys and play in more tournaments we are trying to raise money to support our team! Tournaments always give our players more playing time allowing them to improve their skills and participate in great opportunities such as tryouts for the National U.S. team (see four of our players at tryouts this fall in the picture above). Additionally, we have had the same jerseys for at least five years and we hope to use some of the money to fund new gear. We also do not have alternate jerseys as a team at all and need proper alternate jerseys to play in games. We would ideally reach our goal by the end of March, before the fast approaching spring season starts so that we have ample time to create and order our jerseys. We really want to start off our season coordinated and strong at our first game!
