Thank you for taking the time in coming to this page. I ran the Great North Run today for Dementia UK, a charity very close to me as my Dad passed away November 2024 and was living with Dementia. It was and still is a difficult time for us as a family and me completing something that he loved means a lot and running to hopefully increase the chances of many people not suffering like we have as one of my close friends is also experiencing the battle of this illness with his Mam also.

A well done message is enough but a small donation enables me to donate to this charity to help fight and hopefully one day prevent dementia.
