Great guy that would help anyone

As most of you know Josh Simmermeyer has been sick for awhile with an infection. The infection has destroyed one of his valves in his heart, he will under go surgery Monday at Christ Hospital. This is a guy that would do anything for anyone so lets open your wallets and help out. He is the bread winner of a family of 5 so it would really help out with  expenses like diapers, gas going back and forth, food, etc.   Please Share!!!!
