Garry Grant & Family Financial Support

Donation protected

On the evening of Thursday, 4/11/19, Garry Grant, beloved Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Uncle and proud US Marine Corp Veteran, collapsed as he suffered a catastrophic brain injury immediately following a presentation he had just given at work. Garry was taken by ambulance, unconscious, to a local hospital and immediately transferred to a nearby trauma center that specializes in neuroscience and brain injuries.  Since his arrival at the trauma center, Garry has undergone, multiple CT scans, EKG's, EEG's, Echocardiograms, Angiograms, and a myriad of other tests to diagnose and monitor his condition.  Garry is currently on a ventilator to help him breathe as he has since developed pneumonia, which is putting additional stress on his brain and lungs.  His wife Holly, of 22+ years has not left his side as she considers this now her most important work, to see her husband, the father of their three children, through every step of his injury and recovery.

Garry is an inspirational man and friend to all.  Not only is he a family-man, but he is a man of the community.  He serves as a community advocate with a non-profit organization that helps provide temporary housing to homeless families with a focus on rescuing women and children.  Garry also serves as a mentor and Pastor at a local church and supports his church family at outreach and family-building events where all have come to know and love him for his amazing ability to be a friend to everyone and anyone.  Garry loves to regale a crowd with stories and is always there to listen and lend a helping hand to anyone who needs it.

Both Garry and Holly are commission-only Sales Execs.  While both are dedicated and driven at their jobs, neither will receive any wages during this difficult period of injury and recovery.  The doctors have told us that Garry will be in critical condition for weeks, perhaps longer and they will not speculate as to what his condition will be once he starts to recover.  We are hoping and praying for the best but want to be prepared for the long haul.

Today I ask you to join with us in prayer and in financial contribution.  Please help us ensure that Garry's wife and children do not have to worry about any major financial burdens during this time when Garry is in such a fragile state as he must be their only focus.  Your funds will help with lost wages and the increasing medical bills that will not be fully covered.  Thank you and God bless you for considering the support of Garry Grant as a cause you can get behind.
