grandparents home flood damage

Hi, I am Danielle Melcher, grandaughter of Henry and Dorothy Stevenson. They live in  Pearland, Texas and I am from Katy, Texas. During Hurricane Harvey my grandparents had to leave their house in a hurry because the water started coming into their house. They are both retired so income is not very high. The wooden floor in my grandads room had water in it ruining the floor and making it soggy and very possibly dangerous for them to walk on because the boards underneath are likely damaged too. They are in their 70's and we don't want to risk them falling through the floor considering they can't handle injuries which would follow. We need to replace the floor and possibly some other appliances such as their dryer by, September 20th. We are very greatful for any help we can get.
