Grady's Heart Surgery

Friends and family- As many of you know, our wonderful friends Kristen and Garrett (and big brother Graham) welcomed their new baby, Grady, to this world on Friday evening. They quickly realized something was wrong, as he wasn't getting enough oxygen and learned that he had a condition called Transgression of the great arteries (d-TGA) and will require an open heart surgery at only 4 days old. There is a good prognosis for long-term recovery, but this procedure is as invasive as it sounds. This sweet family has had precious little time to even hold their little one, and they are sending countless prayers for a successful surgery tomorrow. We have shed many tears at the pain this family is going through, and want to help reduce the financial stress they are facing. Those of you who know Kristen well, know that she's a fighter and fiercely loyal, and we know her little boy will be just as tough. Any contributions will help Mom and Dad focus their time on their precious boy.
