"Our organization was created to improve health literacy, health education, and resources within vulnerable populations in the Milwaukee area through specially cultivated community outreach programs. With these programs, we are able to decrease the implications of health disparities among disadvantaged people in our community. Your contribution will help fund individual sects of wellness including preventative health, maintenance of chronic illness, understanding of health literacy, and provide invaluable resources to those in need. Within the formation of our organization, we have found strength in togetherness and cannot thank you enough for your support in our Graduate Nursing Association.
