Grace Jewelers Reconstruction

Dear Friends, Families, and Patrons,

Earlier this summer, on May 16, 2022, Grace Jewelers had an accidental fire that occurred in the evening. Luckily no one was hurt, but the incident required us to close for several months. The fire, and the water used to extinguish it, caused significant structural and property damage. We are in the process of rebuilding and reopening, but it’s a long and challenging journey and one we cannot do alone.

Today, we humbly ask for your help and generosity.m It has been an honor for Grace Jewelers to grow with Gainesville and the surrounding community for nearly 20 years. We are a small, locally owned store and one of the first businesses established in the Promenade Shopping Center. In the beginning, it was just Bar Louie, Regal Movie Theater, and Grace Jewelers. Over those twenty years, we’ve marked countless birthdays and special occasions with you through special and everlasting pieces of

jewelry. We would love to continue to grow with you and the community to mark countless special events over the next twenty years.

It saddens me to ask for your help, but it is necessary. While we anticipate our insurance to pay a portion of the costs to rebuild, we do not know when that will happen and if it will be enough. We are anxious to start rebuilding now, but we cannot do that without the support of our

community and friends. We would appreciate any assistance you can give, whether monetarily, through donated construction materials and supplies, or by simply sharing our story with your friends and family.
