Grant's Recovery Fund

Donation protected
In the early hours of Sunday August 5, our son Grant was involved in a near fatal accident driving home from a weekend of 4-Wheeling with friends.   He was traveling on 99 possibly fell asleep and drove right off 99 to underpass below.  His truck went airborne and crashed head on into the concrete barrier.   God had angels who happened to live near by and heard the accident.  They called 911 and pulled him out of his burning truck.   If it hadn’t been for those guys,  Grant would not have made it, as the cab of his truck was engulfed in flames.    Grant is still in ICU, his skull is crushed in a few places, he has too many broken neck and back vertebrae for the physicians to operate. He also sustained some broken ribs, a broken leg and internal bruising.  His lungs at this time are not working properly on their own.  He also had to be intubated.  We don’t know what the road to recovery will entail,  but know it’s a lengthy road.  We have started this page to help with this process whatever it might be.  Prior to August 5,  he was an independent hard working young man,  who has a home of his own, and all the responsibilities that  go with it. He loves hunting, fishing, and most importantly his precious dog Kimber.   We hope through this page and through the Grace of God that we are able to help get him back healed and whole.   Thank you to all our prayer warriors who are praying for Grant and our family during this time.
