Grace Diaz-DeLeon was born on June 11, 2017, defying all odds our miracle baby weighed in at just 1 pound! Baby Grace measured just
11 and 1/4 inches and her beautiful head was 8inches. She was born at 11:03 a.m. to mom Brandi Abeyta, dad Ivan Diaz-DeLeon and sister Aalanii Abeyta. After a long fought stay in the NICU at Rose Medical Center Gracie came home to stay with her parents and sister. She continued on home health care and defied all odds against her, making phenomenal progress in her health. Grace, our miracle baby could fill the room with love instantly with her big beautiful eyes and her smile would fill your heart with love and joy. We as a family are asking for donations for Baby Grace's funeral expenses and memorial stone. Her passing was very unexpected and any and all donations are very much appreciated, all funds will be managed directly by Gracie's parents Ivan and Brandi. We like to thank all of our friends and family for their outpour of loving support and prayers, we as a family have never experienced such heartache and your thoughts and prayers are much appreciated.
