We have been involved with Drogheda Darkness into light events the last 5 years and it's always an event we look forward to. It just seems to be a special morning where the whole communoty gets involved and over the years you can see more and more people and especially more kids getting up early and walking with their families. Mental health is a serious problem that needs more awareness and more people talking to each other and this is why we need to support DIL every year and Pieta house who do an amazing job running the whole even worldwide.... We have all been affected and myself personally by suicide so lets keep spreading the word and talking and supporting each other especially now with Covid 19 having us all in Lockdown. This is a tough time mentally but we will come through much better for it .... Thank you We wish you health & happiness RawFIT
