Please help save my baby

About 3 months ago I realized my dog was losing weight so instinctively I treated her for worms. I did that twice and it worked for a little while and then seemed to be getting worse again. So when I took her to the vet they did a blood panel and a test for valley fever and that test came back negative but the blood panel showed that her liver was very stressed. I have an appointment on Wednesday for her but today September 27th 2020 I realize that she was showing signs of jaundice. I know from past experiences that that means her liver is not doing good. I have spent over $2,000 on her and my cats because my cats tested positive for feline leukemia and we had to have one of them down already. The other ones we had tested and vaccinated for within the last two months. I'm asking for money to help save my baby because I have three young children and I can't afford to help her. If it was just me I would be homeless and starving to save her. Any donations I do receive are going to go straight to the vet as a prepayment for anything that I have to get done for her.
