GPAvBraintree Plan Bd Recycle Works

On September 18th the Braintree Planning board approved a business, Recycle works, to install an industrial operation at 530 West St.  This is in violation of our town bylaws and the people of granite park raised concern to the planning board about the environmental impact (noise, smells, attracting pests, traffic, truck emissions, fork truck emissions, chemicals used on site).  The business is not defined as a permitted use in a commercial zone and the people of Granite Park want to contest the decision of the planning board in court.

There will be legal fees associated with contesting the decision of the planning board.  All residents of Granite Park are asked to donate $100 to this fund and trust that the funding will be used to process the legal dispute.  We need this immediately as the complaint needs to be filed within 20 days of the decision of the planning board going on the record.  We need these donations before Thursday October 2, 2018 if possible.  If $100 is too much please donate the amount you are able to.  If you can do more that is welcome as well.
