Got into a car accident. Mother of 2 and pregnent

I am asking for help because my kids and I recently got into a car accident. With being a mom of two and being pregnant with 1 on the way money is extreamly tight! I would be lying if I said I could do everything myself, I just can't. :( I just need a little help please and thank you!
