Good Grief Invictus

My Good Grief is passionate about transforming the conversation about grief. We want people free to be real in communicating about loss. Grief is often associated with death but there are many losses that we deal with through life that are not associated with death. These veterans know, all too well, the experience of loss. My Good Grief wants to support our veterans coming to the Invictus Games by gifting them with our interactive workbook called My Good Grief - Healing from Loss,  that will walk them through their healing journey. Some losses are hidden and may not be obvious but are no less painful. We don't want these veterans who have sacrificed so much, to go unsupported. They are coming to Toronto to compete and show us the heroes that they are, and that they are in no way giving up on their dreams. They are a demonstration of the word Invictus - unconquered.  Let's show them the love respect and loyalty they all deserve. We would appreciate your support with your donation so that we can provide these workbooks and ongoing online support. The workbook takes them through their journey metaphorically walking them through a dark dense forest, bringing them into dappled light, then to a sense of beauty and ultimately freedom. Your donation will assist us with the purchase, printing and mailing costs to reach these veterans with this gift and allow them to take this healing journey.
