I want to thank for your love, support, and prayer over the
past year. It's unbelievable that I have been back since June 27th
from Kgstan. When I was feeling homesick,
your prayers and uplifting words gave me life. Adjusting hasn't been easy, as I've found myself
discouraged and missing the pace of life in Kgstan, which is different from the
fast pace of Northern Virginia.
Recently, I'd been waiting for a letter to come. It is an acceptance letter from the Bethel School which I tentatively applied to six weeks ago. A few days, I finally got the answer I was praying for. God confirmed my calling to pursue long-term m work. The waiting process was dreadful. I constantly checked my phone for an email back. God began teaching me patience and humility. In my time of waiting, He reminded me how faithful He is. On Wednesday 8/21, a few friends of mine and I visited International House of Prayer in Kansas City. I received inner healing prayer, where God revealed strongholds he wanted to surface in me, especially anger. It was a sweet moment for me, in which I ended up in the prayer room and soaked. After half an hour of soaking, I checked my phone one last time. I saw I received an email from Bethel that I got accepted to their program. Overjoyed, I fist pumped in the air - all this commotion being caught on a live video feed. Thanking God, I broke down crying.
The two-year program is called Bethel School of Supernatural Ministries. Acclaimed pastors like Bill Johnson and Kris Vallotton will be teaching, training, and equipping students. From Monday through Thursday, we will begin with daily worship, followed by lectures. It helps equip future leaders in missions-geared healing, evangelism, and other spiritual disciplines. This program will help sharpen my sword and shield to prepare me to go overseas to a remote location, where in particular I'm still praying over.
I would like to invite you to partner with me in prayer and/or financial support. My goal is to reach an overall amount of $5,000 (tuition) by December this year. However, my short-term need is to reach $2,200 by Monday, September 9th. If you'd like to partner with me, you may donate here on this page.
