Help Grant & Hope GO!
How can people have faith in the Lord and ask him to save them, if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear, unless someone tells them? (Romans 10:14 CEV)
We're headed to Haiti, Vietnam, Cambodia and the Philippines to share the life-changing love of Jesus and we need your help!
March 10th - 15th: ($1,350.00 per person)
We will leave for Haiti to minister in orphanages to children and workers sharing God's love and compassion. Our 18 member team is made up of folks from the Laurel/Hattiesburg area. Please pray for our team as we minister the hope & love of Jesus to a country that has suffered much devastation in recent years and is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere.
March 18th - April 1st: ($3,500.00 per person)
Our first stop will be in Vietnam, where our 7 member team from Grace Temple Hattiesburg will minister to pastors of the underground church. Grant will be a part of the worship team at this conference in Hanoi. This is the first time the Vietnamese Government has allowed these ministers to meet legally. The church continues to be oppressed there.
In Cambodia our team will conduct kid's ministry activities to those children (boys and girls) who are involved in the sex slave trade, as well as minister to those who daily fight this disgusting practice. We're both speechless about this part of the trip. Please pray God changes lives and protects our team. We're not sure what to expect, but know that our God is faithful!
The Philippines will be the last stop of our trip where we will survey and assist with disaster relief and connect with ministers and ministries in the area for future aid, opportunities and mission trips.
We believe the Lord has called us to "Go make disciples of all nations" (Matt.28:19) and we are honored to say YES! We humbly ask for your support, both prayerfully and financially, as we answer this call. We still need $6,950.00 which will include airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals and ministry supplies.
