Cycling for Sensible Drug Policy

I, Anthony Varriano, am a Montana medical marijuana patient. I suffer from degenerative disc disease. I've lost almost half the fluid in three discs between my lumbar vertebrae. I've already had one major back surgery, and I'm only 29 years old. I suffer from chronic back pain that will be with me the rest of my life.

While visiting Colorado in 2014 after my medical marijuana card expired, I thought I wanted to move there, but was angered by the fact I was a medical marijuana refugee being forced out of my home state because of legislators who still think cannabis is dangerous. I had a dream about riding my bicycle around my home state of Montana, collecting signatures on a petition to make recreational cannabis legal in Montana so we can pay for much-needed education and infrastructure improvements in my state. 

With your help, I'll be making that dream a reality this September on a 1,600-mile cycling tour of Montana.
