Mimi's broken heart (and bum)

Please help Mimi who has a broken heart (and bottom).

Mimi was found heavily pregnant at a petrol station in winter, struggling to survive. She clung to her rescuers, Florentina and Donna, begging to be saved. Mimi immediately gave birth and lovingly nurtured her own puppies and even took in two abandoned orphan pups! Give a Dog a Home found homes for Mimi and her sons, coincidentally all in Brighton so the family remain connected!
A year on, Mimi is suffering from genetically malformed anal sacs which require curative surgery. Shockingly, Mimi’s heart stopped under anaesthetic and her life was saved all over again with emergency heart medication on the operating table. 
Cardiologists have diagnosed 'sick sinus syndrome', a congenital heart condition, which means the surgery needs to be undertaken at a specialist hospital with experts on hand to control her heart.
The cost for Mimi's treatments is £3-4,000 which we do not have. Please help us fund the operation to save Mimi, the dog with a broken heart (and bottom). We will be so grateful for any help, thank you x
