Team Eveline

Hi I'm Eveline! I am currently in Delayed Intensification for Leukemia. I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on September 2019. My cancer did not receive remission after the first month so I was then considered a High Risk case.  Blood tranfusion allergies, Appendicitis and other infections have caused many hospitalizations.

As the new 2020 year begins, my family also has new hospital expenses and hospital stays to pay for in completing my treatments. Finding out I had Leukemia has been the biggest challenge in my life. I am such an energetic girl, and to think that for 3 months I couldn't even walk. I am so grateful for all the care I've been receiving through Childrens Hospital LA. Thank you to everyone who has been praying for my recovery and has helped in any way they could. Little by little, I have started walking again and am doing homeschooling for the remainder of 2nd grade.  I still miss all my friends and all the things I used to do. Right now I am determined to beat this cancer and appreciate your support in my journey to complete full remission. My full treatment after remission is 20 months. So I still have a long road ahead of me. But have Faith I will get through this.
