My brother Josh Adamson is finally getting out of prison after 15.5 years! As most of you know, he's lost a lot of weight (and his mullet), and has changed his way of living! All of his old clothes either don't fit physically, or don't fit who he is as a man today. I'm starting this campaign to try to round up some funds to help Josh get back on his feet for the first month or two, till he starts getting a few paychecks under his belt. It could very well be a month or so till he gets is first paycheck between having to be in a halfway house for a week or so, then a couple weeks after starting his job.
Josh will urgently need a phone, clothes, shoes, work clothes and boots, car insurance, hygiene products, contacts/glasses, fuel and food money, etc....
We're trying to reach $3,500 to help cover such expenses for the first couple months. If we go over the goal, the rest will be applied towards his first home or apartment rental shortly after getting out. If everyone pitches in a little bit, then no one person will need to pitch in a lot. No donation is too small, and anonymous donations are welcome all the same! If you know Josh, you know he would always be there to help anyone in need in a heartbeat, and he'd give the shirt off his back for a loved one. You also know Josh doesn't like asking for this gofundme to help get back on his feet, but at the end of the day, he could use a helping hand getting up and running.
Josh has been through hell in prison over the years, but despite that, he has come out a better and rehabilitated man, that looks forward to living life and making up for lost time as much as possible when he gets out!
