Gockel Family Crisis

Hello family, friends, and strangers who have happened upon this link. Let me begin by stating that I wish we didn't have to ask for help, but it has reached a critical point and we all get to a point where we are desperate to save our family.
So let's begin with a brief background. My name is Nicole and I have been struggling with medical issues for the majority of my life. Unfortunately 3 of my 4 kiddos are also medically complicated. What this means is that my husband, TJ, has to occasionally miss work to care for one or more of us. Usually he's great about his time but after he had to care for me through 2 unexpected surgeries and 6 week long painful illness, as well as some snow days, his vacation/sick time was horribly depleted.
So a few weeks ago when I was having a Hashimoto's flare up, he only had 7 hours to cover the 9 that he needed off to care for me and our toddler. So he got written up. And now he is suspended from work, with termination a likely outcome. He was given this write up 11 days after the absence, and was not notified that he could use FMLA until he got that write up. Some filed for FMLA, submitted our medical certification, and were denied because it was not filed within 8 days of the absence. So now his fate hangs in HR's hands and it doesn't look good. We are doing are best to maintain but we will not have any income coming in for nearly a month. And to top things off, our family vehicle broke down as I was reporting for my first day of work. We will update when we know what is wrong with it.
We have 4 kids to feed, a house we are desperately trying to save, and a car that we need to have fixed.
Please help if you can. Or if you might want to possibly loan us money that we can pay back once things have improved we would rather do that. Right now we are attempting to keep our family afloat while we deal with this crisis. Thank you.
