Goalkeepers For Good- 2021 RGA Christmas Fund

Join us again for our 4th Annual Keepers for Good Christmas Fundraiser. The Richmond Goalkeeping Academy Goalkeepers and our RGA Family set out again to give back to our community. This year RGA Goalkeepers have chosen a local non-profit and matter that means a lot to us! Our Goalkeepers have set a goal to raise $8,000 from October 15th-December 18th, 2021. We will be using GoFundMe for general donations from the public, Keeper Wars Goalkeeper Tournament to help raise additional donations (from registration costs), financial pledges for Saves made at Keeper Wars, and accepting in person donations through silent auctions and cash or check donations.

 

Giving Back Fund #1:

 

 

Moments of Hope Outreach (Non-Profit). Based in Hanover, VA, Moments of Hope has continued to help 100's of families keep food on their table and provide emergency shelter to those who have lost their homes. In addition to their outreach, emergency shelter, and food pantry, Moments of Hope also provides shelter to those that are homeless and / or are living out of their vehicle during the Christmas Holidays. It is our goal to help sponsor 10  families ($2,200) and individuals this Christmas, giving them an opportunity to spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in a hotel where they have a bed to sleep in, a hot shower and heat. Also, we will be giving a $25.00 fast food gift card so that they can have a nice meal during their stay.

 

Giving Back Fund #2:

 

 

PROVIDE ALL KIDS WITH CHRISTMAS GIFTS who have to spend this Christmas in the Hospital (in the Greater Richmond area). In 2019, with the help of family, friends, and supporters from all over we purchased more than 240+ gifts for the children who spent Christmas at VCU Medical Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital. This year it is our goal to reach all kids in all of the Richmond, Fredericksburg and Williamsburg Hospitals. ($5,500)
