Go Girlie

Here at TOPP KIDS we pride ourselves with the fact that we are a family run program. A family started this program over a decade ago, and with each new staff member and family that joins our team that family grows. As all, or some of you may know. Our wonderful Girlie, at our Holy Child location has had an unfortunate event happen back home in the Philippines. The Typhoon Paeng has been very devastating for everyone that has been affected. From people losing their jobs, their houses and as well as loved ones.

There is nothing Girlie loves more than working with children. As she says each day the children are what give her absolute joy. Not hearing from her family for weeks at a time had her lost, and worried sick about the outcome of this horrific natural disaster. Recently Girlie was able to contact her family back home. Their house is okay; however, they have lost their main source of income creating a great deal of struggle. On top of the disaster back home, her Aunt has been diagnosed with Leukaemia. The financial struggles with not only the disaster in Philippines, but now with the devastating news of her aunt are overwhelming.

Girlie moved from the Philippines one year ago this September and has been with TOPP KIDS since January. Girlie is a model employee who always regardless of what is going on comes into work with a beaming smile. Anyone that knows Girlie absolutely adores her. Her smile and bubbly personality are infectious.

With everything that Girlie does for us all, even the simplest things we can never thank her enough. We cannot even begin to image what she is going through between helping support her family here and back home. After brainstorming and trying to think of what way could we possibly help we have decided to create a Go-Fund Me. The proceeds will go directly to Girlie and her family. We plan on hosting a night in the upcoming weeks to present Girlie with this by the middle of October (2 weeks) . Any little amount I know would mean the absolute world to her. This is something she does not know about as she does not want others to worry
about her.

3.    How the funds will be spent (be specific as possible) - The funds will be going towards Girlie's families financial struggles. This will be spent thelping rebuild her families property back home.

4.    Your withdrawal plan to get the funds from the campaign to the ultimate beneficiary/ies

I plan on withdrawling the funds myself, I am then going to be presenting Girlie with the funds via. Cheque.
