GNSC-St Aloysius Interfaith Food Pantry Support
The Great Neck Soccer Club has been working with St. Aloysius for many years in support of underprivileged youth who need financial aid to take part in our programs. During these tough times, we are looking to raise funds for the St Aloysius Interfaith Food Pantry, which is a crucial lifeline for many families in our community and our support is needed now more then ever.
In just the past few weeks the number of families receiving assistance from the Food Pantry has gone up over two fold to more than 100 families. The Food Pantry, run by the church’s Outreach Program and the St. Vincent de Paul Society with support from organizations such as Temple Beth El, Long Island Cares and Island Harvest is the only food pantry in Great Neck. It provides direct assistance to people in need in our community.
100% of all funds raised will be used to purchase the following items, linked below, for the food pantry.

We understand times are tough for many right now and if it is not possible to donate monetarily, you and your families can help by donating items on the above link directly to the St Aloysius Food Pantry. We have coordinated with St Aloysius and have scheduled the below dates and times to drop off items on the list. It is important to please note that by law, the pantry cannot accept bulging, leaking, out-dated or opened items.

The true sense of community really shows in times of difficulty and these truly are difficult times. We at the Great Neck Soccer Club encourage our kids to have compassion, show leadership, be good sportsmen on and off the field, and always support their fellow teammates. Today we all stand as teammates with our community and are kindly asking for your support.
GNSC is looking to raise as much money as possible over the next several weeks but please, if you can keep on helping past that time, continue to do so.
