Save Kitten Earl Grey

Earl Grey is the most amazing rescue 3 month old kitten you will ever meet. Sweet, rambunctious, perfect little guy you will love the second you lay eyes on. him. The problem is, as he was getting a bath last night he did what any crazy cat would do..jump off of the sick. This is when everything changed. He landed right on his back leg and broke the bone right in half. We rushed him to the vet where we were told he needed emergency surgery. The surgery costs $5,000. They suggested we amputate this tiny kittens leg, not because he needs it to be amputated, but because it is cheaper. They will not be able to do anything with out the money. I was only approved for the vets credit card for $1,500. We asked about surrendering him, to which we were told was not something they would do. We are looking into any and all options but this little guy does not deserve to be maimed forever because of a lack of funds. If you can find it in your heart, any little bit helps keep this 3 lb kitten from surviving death once again.
