Emergency funds for a friend

My dearest friend has lost everything in a burn out which happened on Jan 02, 2021. Due to pandemic she lost her job back in January and was going through a trauma of losing  her brother & father back to back last year and now she is by herself with her mother.

They are helpless and in need badly.Save them from getting homeless. They are not getting any help from landlord or local authorities.
