Surgery Fund

I am trying to raise $3900 for a hemilaminectomy and microdiscectomy surgery so I can get back to work. I have insurance, but my portion for the deductible and out of pocket expenses is due prior to surgery, which is currently scheduled for January 16th. They will not do the surgery without the payment upfront. I take care of my Mother and my Niece and need to get this done so that I can return to work asap. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I will definitely pay it forward.
