Another Chance At Life

Please join me in helping a very deserving young man. His battle began at the age of 11 when he was diagnosed with bone cancer. His journey since then has been so very difficult. Starting at age 11, he endured radiotherapy, chemotherapy, many surgeries and the implementation of a metal titanium prosthesis in his femur and partial hip, all that have resulted in his walking becoming affected. As a result, one leg is shorter than the other and this has affected his whole balance, joints and spine. His education suffered. He spent months in hospital, followed by being bed-ridden at home too.

During his five year check-up, he was diagnosed with Falconi syndrome, which has resulted in leakage of his kidneys, affording him only 70% kidney function. This is usually an ailment of the elderly. This condition leaked his bodies protein out of his system, and impacted heavily on his bone function, causing him numerous bone fractures throughout the body, and even in his skull. He was then diagnosed with fibromyalgia. We thank the Lord that his cancer was at that point in remission, but his fight continued. He has since then followed many diets, as advised by the doctors, but none have helped. 
His face then began to swell up, causing one side of his face to become numb, and lose feeling, as well as his one eye to partially close.

This has brought us to present day, where at the age of 29, he has now found hope, in the form of a nutritional therapist, who has diagnosed the following: 

Due to the kidney disease, which in total he has suffered for the past 15 years, the lack of productive treatment has caused his system to shut down, causing a virus to spread within him, instigating the pain and swelling. He has now had further tests, and is awaiting the latest results.

He is unable to work, as he is in constant pain, suffers from hot flushes, and many times, is unable to get up in the mornings, as his body ‘freezes’. There have been times where his condition has kept him bed ridden for weeks on end. He takes 30 tablets a day and two syringes, to supply nutrients to his system, balance his gut and clear all the toxins from his body. 
At present, his prescribed medication alone is at the cost of £600 per month, for at least the next 18 months. This amount excludes fees for tests and consultations, which run into thousands. 

My plea to you all is simple. Please, please donate any amount you can, so that his therapy can continue. 
He has requested that his name remain anonymous, as he feels so embarrassed asking for help. 

I will add this personal note from me. He genuinely deserves our help, throughout these horrible, painful years, he has always kept his smile, and hardly ever complained. His health has been an obstacle in every aspect of his life. I have felt helpless, until now. 

Together with your help, we can assure he at least can continue this latest therapy, as without financial support, this therapy will have to stop.
