Help get my mothers money back

Hi there my name is Nathaniel and on the evening of the 9th of December, my mother phoned me in floods of tears. "My bank accounts been hacked. They've taken everything. I've got nothing left."

 

My mum is a single parent on low income and every year, she does her absolute best to to save money through out the year so that myself and my little brother can have a nice Christmas. She says nothing makes her feel better than seeing our faces light up when we unwrap the gifts she has gotten us. But now, someone with nothing better to do has taken that opportunity away from her for no good reason. The bank have frozen her account and her card, and police have taken a statement from her, but say it is unlikely much will be done. 

 

My mother had less than £1500 in her bank when they took the money from her, and £700 of that was for her rent bills, and £300 of that was her own personal savings, so I'd like to recover that if possible. I will be supplying her with food over the next coming days so that will be taken care of.
