We are Artful Dodgers Boxing Academy — a nonprofit, volunteer-run community boxing club with a mission that goes far beyond the ring.

Every day, we see young lives hanging in the balance.
We see fear in parents’ eyes, heartbreak in families torn apart by knife crime, and the wasted potential of kids who never got a fair chance.

That’s why we created #GlovesNotBlades — a campaign born from passion, pain, and purpose.

We refuse to stand by and watch our young people slip through the cracks.
Instead, we give them something real — a fighting chance.

Inside our gym walls, there are no gangs, no knives, and no judgement.
Just hard work, respect, and a team that becomes family.

At Artful Dodgers, we don’t just train boxers — we build character, courage, and confidence.
For many, our gym is the only safe space they have. For others, it’s their second home.

And every coach, mentor, and helper does this out of love, not for pay — because we believe every child deserves a place to belong.

 Why We’re Raising Funds

We’re aiming to raise £25,000 to extend and improve our club — not for luxury, but for life-changing purpose.

Our gym is overflowing with young people who want to train, learn, and belong.
But space is running out. We’re turning away kids who need us — and that’s something we can’t accept.

Your support will help us:
✅ Build a new gym extension — giving more young people a safe place to grow.
✅ Launch mentorship and intervention programmes for those most at risk.
✅ Offer free and subsidised training for families who can’t afford it.
✅ Upgrade our equipment and facilities to keep standards high and doors open.
✅ Expand the #GlovesNotBlades campaign — spreading awareness and saving lives.

Every penny goes straight back into the gym and our community — because we’re a nonprofit built entirely on volunteers and heart.

❤️ Why It Matters

This isn’t just about boxing.
It’s about saving lives and shaping futures.

Every donation — big or small — is a step toward keeping another child safe, another family together, and another dream alive.

When you or your business stand with us, you’re not just funding a gym — you’re investing in hope, belonging, and the future of our youth.

We’ve already seen it happen — kids who came through our doors angry, lost, and broken… now thriving, disciplined, and proud to wear the Artful Dodgers badge.

That’s what your contribution creates.
That’s the power of #GlovesNotBlades.

Join us.
Stand with us.
And together, let’s turn blades into gloves, and fear into pride
