Glenpool Elementary School Lunch Accounts

Hi! My name is Karri Kalfas and I'm a 2nd Grade Teacher at Glenpool Elementary. We have many students with negative lunch accounts and the school is not able to provide a hot meal for them. They receive a sack lunch instead. A lot of parents are not able to pay for the meals or pay off the negative balance. In order for all these children to eat a hot meal, I am raising money to give to the Angel Fund with our school. The hot meal they eat at school may be the only hot meals they eat. When a child eats a good breakfast and good lunch, their day goes so much better! They are not focused on their hungry stomachs and have enough energy to face the school day and all the new things they will learn. All proceeds will go straight to the Angel Fund with our district.
