Dear friends of The Club at Glenmore:
*****To be transparent and to double check the funds, Judie Shrecker , one of the organizers, will withdraw the funds and will distribute the funds directly to the 22 employees by checks as soon as we receive the money from this site ***********
As you know, our Club dining facilities are grinding to a halt. Our serving staff is in dire need of financial support to get them through this difficult time.
We thought that our friends, who have shown tremendous generosity in the past, might like to have an organized effort to raise needed funds to be given directly to all our serving staff members ( waiters, waitresses, bar tenders and kitchen staff) estimated to be about 15 people.
We set up this website so you can conveniently donate. After discussing with others what might be a guideline for contributing, we are asking you to consider $100, although any amount would indeed be welcome.
We would like to raise enough to have at least $1000 per employee (total $15,000) in the next 10 days. We will end our campaign on or about March 31.
