Glass eye

Justin, my oldest son suffered a horrible accidental shooting almost five years ago. He has made a remarkable recovery and has demonstrated total resolve in changing his lifestyle and going back to school to get his degree. He lost his right eye in the accident and has had a poorly done and horribly bad fitting glass eye for several years. I cannot afford to buy him a new one, and his health insurance will not pay anything towards the process. He deserves this to be done correctly so that it is not so noticable when someone looks at him. 
   We live in Fayetteville, Ga and he will need to see an Occularist that has been recommended in Decatur which does outstanding work. This will not be cheap, and I am not sure how much ot will cost. I am only estimating the $3000, but it may be more.
  As his father, I see him deal with the personal struggles he suffers from the poor color and badly fitting one he currently has and how the coloration is actually flaking off. I would like to see him get the type of care he deserves. Please help Justin get the type of care he deserves.
