Veteran needs Companion Service Dog

I have a medical need to get a Federally Registered Companion Service Dog. My Doctor will sign to get one, yet I need to raise the money myself.

I am an Honorably Discharged US Veteran, and live on Government Disability.
I live alone, with severe PTSD trauma and Agoraphobia. A Companion Service Dog would help me to go out into society. Right now I have to have groceries and things delivered to me, because I cannot go into public stores by myself. A Registered Service Dog can go in stores, restaurants and help me feel safe, just like with a seeing-eye dog for the blind/visually impaired.

NOTE: I have tried adopting twice, and it has not worked at all; in one case it made medical issues worse. I have been advised that, it was honorable to try that approach. However, for my special needs, I need to go through a professional breeder and trainer.

Currently, it has been impossible to be a part of any Groups, Clubs, and general activities to enjoy daily life. I try to do photography on the side when I can. When I do my photography, I am going to a location with somebody that I feel safe with. Then, I immediately get home with the inability to go places or stop for anything, even medication.

I will be working with a Certified German Shepherd Breeder and Trainer from the Minneapolis/St Paul area.

Having a well-trained, and dedicated companion that can go everywhere with me, would help give me a completely new life. From a very grateful Veteran, please help. Thank you so much for your time and gift.
