VICTIMS OF CRIMES

On December 25th 2018, my Dad's life changed forever. He was a victim of an unspeakable crime. He was sharing quality time with friends ,while engaged outside the home of a longtime friend having a conversation, his life changed forever, the “bad guys”,  came along and did a random drive by shooting and my dad was struck with life- threatening injuries to his neck and the bullet pierced the left side of his back injuring his spinal column. He spent days in intensive care not knowing where life would take him. He wears a body brace from his neck down to his waist area, that he has to wear for 3-6 months. He will be transferred to the VA hospital for continued treatment and rehabilitation. We just celebrated his 60th Birthday December 15th one week later he was faced with death. The doctors informed the family that if the bullet would have went 4cm to the left it would have hit all major arteries. These criminals that have not been found has caused him a financial hardship and ruined our Christmas.
